biBeef is custom database created by TLC.   It provides data about each carcass, ending with the data each packer provides about muscle marbling to Grade & Yield scores.  We connect the carcass information back to the genetics of each animal.  Managing the genetic variability within the beef industry, provides a more consistent beef product, as well as a more efficient production effort.
