ANNOUNCING the new TRELAY BURGER BLEND!
The Trelay Land and Cattle Co. is pleased to introduce the Trelay Burger Blend.  It is a blend  made up of 70% ground beef and 30% plant protein.  While the ground beef is from our cattle operation, the plant component of our recipe is a unique blend from our kitchen.  The plant protein is a combination of Quinoa, Kidney Beans, Almonds and Popcorn.  That's right popcorn!  The plant component maintains a high level of protein and lowers the overall fat content of the blend.
We have found high acceptance of the "burger blend" and invite you to give it try.  The Trelay Burger Blend cooks on the grill with a slightly lower temperature and less time.  It works in spaghetti sauce and chili, too.  The taste is like any burger, but the blend digests easier and is less fatty.
We have formed our burgers in a 6-sided patty to give them distinction.  The weight of each patty is ~ 3.5 oz.  Enjoy!
